The interesting point is that many countries are experiencing stagflation even if it is hidden by the government statistics. Energy prices coupled with strong dollar seeps in their economies.

That is why retail sales in Japan are not recovering. Oil is priced in dollars and only in the US there is such a pervasive use of credit card debt and therefore less sensitive to energy price hikes.

In Germany, Benelux and even England and Japan people pay more attention to their household balance sheet and spend less.

I just wonder what happens in India China.

Also it seems that the market is ignoring the fact that Clinton fell on his face with his policies, by failing to understand the Arabs mentality and hatred of Western culture. The disagreement over Jerusalem was a clear indication

Just wonder if oil prices will rise again as a result
