Sig,
re: I compute Dell to reach $192/sh at 30% growth in 4 years and will exceed the estimated market cap of IBM . But if the Nasdaq performs as it did the last 4 years,(+300%) Dell would reach around $576/sh

I'm no math slouch, but this must be the new math I missed in high school. What are you using as a starting price? December 31, 1999 price of 51? Dell's all time high of 59 and change? The 50 day moving average of 48? I hate to keep reminding myself that DELL closed out 1998 at around 36. Since then we've only moved 10 points as of today-19 months later.
We all know DELL was the stock of the decade; trouble is, its the beginning of a new decade. It will take much just for DELL to grow its stock 30% this year.
As I write, DELL is getting beat up to the tune of 7/8 afterhours, down to 46.
A BIG change in direction is indicated. Hopefully it will be reflected in earnings forthcoming over the next few quarters; only then will the stock possibly move.

Difficult to keep a winning attitude,
Kaka
