Frank, I believe you are correct. Stock is following normal
stochastic downturn at the end of the month. I'm expecting
us to bottom out by next Monday and start moving up again
peaking about the 11th or 14th of Aug. Q tends to release
good news early each month.
The stochastic cycle has been very predictable since last
summer(except for April crash)

Frank: Was there some information that came out stating that DT was no longer able or interested in buying QWest? That is what the market seems to be telling us, but I sure haven't seen any statement to that effect. DT still needs a fiber/bandwidth company in the US and another acquisition for stock would move DT much closer to the 25% gov't ownership number that is being fretted about.

Please advise what you have heard about Q no longer being a target of DT. Thanks.
