I hope you're right, but the FCC rule has not been relaxed. Att can't surround the market for cable. They have to delimit how many RR subs they can take. This actually is a problem which will solve itself, but don't be surprised if @home doesn't get many RR subs in the final analysis. There are forces at work as we speak that will preclude that possibility.
