I also hold a series seven license as well as a CFP,and RIA license. I have seen this type of action only a few times and one of them cost me nearly $6 million. It appears to me that you are correct in the statement that there seems to be something fishy about the actions of this stock. That being the case I filed a report and request for investigation of the trading in this stock for the last 60 days. The request was accepted this AM and will commence immediately.
