Looks like a wise decision to load up at these levels; a short term reversal is definitely in order. It may now inch up to 75-78 before the appeal is accepted, then may pop-up bigtime suddenly after the news!

Also, with a cash pile of >15B, its just a matter of choosing and picking-up small, deflated internet/wireless companies for MSFT to complement their existing .Net infrastructure, at this stage of the game. There are some extremely oversold, attractive issues out there, like SSOL, OMKT etc. that can easily be gobbled up by MSFT just like that, to dramatically change the street perception! All imho!
