<Have you ever been unsatisfied customer and continued to pay for that you felt was worthless?>

I've never paid for anything that I thought was worthless. I have continued to pay for things that I was not satisfied with. My cable TV, for instance, sucked. I kept it until there was a viable alternative; now I have sat. tv. Same with AOL, I didn't like it, but kept it because the alternatives at the time weren't great. When alternatives arose, I dumped it. I could go on.

I don't think that @Home would become "worthless" to its subs if its customer satisfaction levels dipped a bit and in most places there is no viable comparable alternative.

My age is irrelevant.
