Glenn what understand the Analyst are mixed on Vign. The down grade was because of
increasing competition within the sector.

Since you like Beas, why don't you trade your vign for beas. Vign competes directly with broadvision, as Bill says that is "amazon in a box" or the turnkey storefront providers, and that is somewhat last years news. Bea otoh has a bunch of new technologies for extra-enterprise transactions, which is the "new thing".
