The knee-jerk selloff was to be expected on ANY earnings report. Lots of weak hands who bought for the S&P ramp will scare out easily. And everyone knows this. Remember SDLI fell dramatically on its stellar report, too. FWIW 40 million shares SO FAR have traded after hours.

CAT: ETek not included in revs. according to CNBC. Maybe we will get a better read on the SDLI merger and pro forma data for ETek as well as a split announcement at the CC. JFD
