I agree that competition is just around the corner, although its form is unclear (DSL is weak, sat needs clumsy equipment, narrowband is, well, narrow). That's why I think it's more important to stake a claim on a sub before the competition gets to it. Clearly there's a point where customer dissatisfaction gets to a level where it's unacceptable. All I'm saying is that is may be better to have 95% customer satisfaction 3 million subs (random number) with many more subs rather than 99% customer satisfacation with 1.8 million subs.
