Combined, JDSU ETEK and SDLI would have a run rate of 3 billion. 50X revenue on this is definitely justified since the rev growth is still > 100%. If the deal were to close combined company will be in the neighborhood of $170 billion. Rich, but not too rich considering the industry and the dominant position. Then again, NT is just to cheap to ignore
