Here are Maxtor's results: biz.yahoo.com Earnings were $0.11 the concensus estimate was $0.07. Good news but will the stock go back up? Comments from everyone, particularly a summary of the conference call, are welcome.

MXTR beat the estimated numbers but the Whisper Numbers were much higher at 17 cents according to the site I visit. Still I think the stock is extremely undervalued at these levels. It will go up soon, as will the market, after perhaps one final day of blow off wholesale selling to get the Nasdaq to around 3800. In my opinion if you want to make money you have to run against the crowd an awful lot of the time because the majority of individual investors, and even institutions, end up being either too optimistic or too pessimistic at exactly the wrong time. RTS
