If they keep reducing the loss margins from 15 % to the single digits, while growing revenues, and eventually turning profitable,

I recommend you read the story about the store selling dollar bills at 90 cents. At some point in the story they raise their prices to 92 cents, which reduces losses to single digits, yet such a business will obvioulsy never be profitable.
