I'm glad we can get back to what matters, how the darn company is doing is way more important then this S&P addition.

Pete,

I think that we'll still see aftershock from the confluence of all these events. As well.....if the Furukawa sell is going to happen, that will be a big influence. JDSU just mentioned in the CC (when asked about this) that they've heard of no sales pending by Furukawa (essentially refuting the CNBC report).

Look at the stock firming in afterhours, and that's encouraging, and indicative.

My take away from the CC, which I have listened to for the last hour, is that these guys are cranking. Raising estimates, finding new efficiencies to be more productive, and trying to get all the capacity they can. 90% of the questioners (mostly major house analysts...) all offered sincere congrats on the numbers, and I've heard no hostile questions.

There are a number of new products in the next wave, and I guess I am pretty happy about my LT hold.

Steve

PS: Oh I almost forgot.... they continue to see NEW SALES to new optical companies. IE, NEW CUSTOMERS!!!
