ActiveTrader.com advise to short JDSU near the close. JDSU will have another wild day tomorrow. I'm keeping all my JDSU core position. Will add if it dips.

Can somebody clear something up for me? As I understand JDSU will give 3.8 shares for 1 share of SDLI

JDSU = $134

Therefore, SDLI should be $134 x 3.8 = $509/share

SDLI is $385/share!!

I can understand being off by a little until the deal is closed - but $124???

Can somebody fill me in on what I am missing? Thanks.
