No problem. Just put down your shares and back away. This is great news. Both are great companies and now they are merging. Strengths will be magnified. As the bottom fell out of the inet companies there were no smaller, profitable companies to acquire. Can you name any? This is an excellent way to grow. I will be very happy to have my GNET shares converted to INSP.

Au contraire, I suggest that Go2Net is a highly successful holding company with a stake in a variety of solid business models. It ain't pretty or coherent, but it's a business.
