Hi All,

Hope this works out for the best. INSP seems to be down quite a bit on the news (more than I would expect from pure arbitrage). Instinet always exagerates moves in one direction or the other. Hopefully it is exagerating downward today with INSP at 39 and change.

Either way, GNET's stock price will now be at the mercy of INSP's. INSP has 209 shares outstanding where we have roughly 20 million (?). At this ratio with the multiplier of 1.82 we will be a very small part of the new company.

Long term this deal is probably very good, and certainly the wireless market will be the place to be over the next three years, but I think we are going to continue to see flat to bleeding stock action at least until the deal goes through and possibly through the new year.

After being a long all this time (going on two years now), I think it may be time to cash in the chips on a pop tomorrow or Friday and move on to greener pastures.
