Homee I am no genius yet earlier today I was able to suggest there must be some pending news based on volume and price increase this past two weeks....looking back on July 11, just two weeks ago, Go2net closed at 43...then suddenly volume began up nearly doubling and on one day almost 6 times normal volume occurred and gnet shot up to 60 plus...if this does not suggest insiders were buying knowing about this merger then what does??????... ......this is one of the reasons why as a lay person I find it hard to really get serious about investing serious money in individual issues in the market.....if I, LEVY, Mr lay person can figure this out then why can't the enforcers???? ....and why can't they prevent this practice????....my suspicion is because the enforcers are understaffed and underpaid by design so the big boys can make easy money.

You may very well be correct. I am only giving a technical opinion in the below link. I can assure you of three things.

1- I have no position in this stock.

2- T/A can and will be disrupted by un-expected news releases.

3- GNET is over-bought technically and is due for a mini correction. (possibly intra-day so $55 is possible)

GNET is now an arb play and will move in sync with INSP, it WILL NOT trade $55 unless INSP goes down to the mid $30's.
