GTC AND STOP-LOSS ORDERS ON THE NASDAQ... Chris, MM's can only see orders in their OWN order books. That being said, what you are refering to is highly unlikely being that most of the stop-loss orders are probably small quantities under 1000 shares and that for the MM to push the market one way or another would risk him running into a big buyer or seller on the way. It just wouldn't make sense IMO. Other than his own order rack, the MM's can only see the same LEVEL 2 quotes that you see. All the best, -- Gene
