The overclocking may have been my problem even though the motherboard temp stayed in the 90-94 F range.
Cut the speed back to 300 and guess what. No crashes.
Now my two questions are 1. Other than knowing the cpu is running slower this is only part of the overall performance so how much have I lost? (use mostly for web browsing)
2. Would it make sense to try to upgrade the CPU with a faster celeron or Pll? The motherboard is BH6 (slot 1)
