You must have great insight, because nothing in the press release indicates the terms of the deal. I'd bet big bucks that SNDK got the better of the deal by far and that royalty payments will be flowing in their direction. Remember that Eli said in the conference call that it was interesting to see how many companies have contacted them to discuss licensing since the Lexar decision was issued.
