"FWIW Michael Murphy just added LSI to his model portfolio, which lately has been 100% in cash."
That's nice of MM. I am a subscriber to his newsletter and not a word yesterday or the day before about LSI, CHIR, BMCS--3 stocks of his that got clocked. After his fund goes long LSI, we will get the alert.

REGarding the conference: Sometimes(rarely) a stock can bounce a good deal of the way back if a strong case is made. Many went short today and they will scurry if that happens. We can hope. I listened to the call and found it upbeat with the exception of the OOPS we screwed up(paraphrase). Analysts called it a terrible quarter. Terrible, that's ridiculous under any interpetation.
I don't get the 30 point drop. Even if the market is harsh maybe 5 points relate to SOX, 10 points to disappointment over earnings and the other 15 beats the hell out of me. That's the 15 that could be quickly recoverable.

wolfdog2 [Anyone?] I'm wondering if you could tell me where Michael Murphy's "model portfolio" is posted. I just found an old flyer of his from Feb 2000 that I had in a stack of papers at the office and just re-read it. I was wondering if he had a portfolio up somewhere.

And would you mind if I asked you for some information regarding his tech touts in February? I didn't subscribe, but I might, especially if his touts did better than my portfolio did during the April carnage.

Thanks in advance.
