Don't forget the napster injunction is not a decision, just a temporary injunction. It's not even a battle just a skirmish.

Meanwhile Hotline and Gnutella will thrive and add to the competition.

My final comment on the Napster/RIAA issue.

You are correct the future of MP3 is not an issue.

However the future of free mp3's is an issue.

We will all just have to agree to disagree.
