The stock's bid and ask prices were locked (i.e. the bid and ask prices were the same) from 3:52 p.m. Eastern Time through the market close at 4:00 p.m. Market and market-type orders entered during this time period will receive a Nothing Done report, as the security was trading in a locked market.

Huh? The buyers and sellers were at the same price, but the transactions don't go through? I guess that's because the MM doesn't get its commission unless there's a spread? That sux.

Good thing I put in my limit order and went fishin. I didn't catch any salmon, but my order to sell JDSU Sept 120 calls hit at 28......Kewl!! I love it when a plan comes together.<g>
