one interesting point at the end of this conference call was the head of insp telling russ to talk about his meeting yesterday with P Allen about this merger...It was a 4 hour meeting and it would seem at such a late date the deal had already been cut and this was essentially to get his blessing.....I wonder if he could have vetoed the deal at that late a date?.... I guess we will never know ....now a conference call of that meeting is what I'd like to hear
