Intel does not own shares in Rambus.

Richard

Are you sure? If not shares, warrants? I understood there was a granting of shares as a part of their arrangement.

Richard,

Intel does not own shares in Rambus.

That is an important distinction. When Intel irrationally tried to assist RMBS stock over the last two years, it was over "warrants" rather than "shares".

Thank you for clarifying this terribly important misunderstanding.
