Do you or anyone else have problems with delayed data on the opening in Realtick?

Every day -- and I'm getting really tired of it. Most of the time, the delay is from Nasdaq, not Townsend. That's why you see the message "Nasdaq is reporting prints up to 3 minutes delayed" etc.

Makes it very difficult to trade the open.

I have experienced a delay in time and sales for past week or so that seems to come back into sync with L2 arounf 9:40
