James, my predictions are predictions only and are based on current events. I am quite sure I have a very good idea of current events....I am also quite sure that I can't predict the future! Many of Medinah troubles/lack of execution were due to outside forces that they had little or no control of not to mention a generous amount of bad luck. (Weather, the road washing out, road access problems, illegal shorting which caused Medinah to dilute alot more than otherwise, vendettas against Les Price, inept auditors, court cases-delays, fund entities which have failed to live up to their responsibilities...I could go on!) I can tell you what I am sure of! I am sure of the great potential of the property. I am sure of the interest of certain funding groups have on the property. Success now is so close I can almost smell it! Wait for it...it is coming!
