You know, I've wondered about something. Let me apologize in advance for prying. But you seem to spend hours most days (during what is for most folks "normal" work hours) posting comments on SI. Dozens of comments, minutes apart.

Do you bill out any of this time? And if you don't, isn't SI costing you money?

Just curious. Of course there are plenty of others I could ask the same thing.

What is your role on the work done for these clients? I can't imagine an associate sticking with you for 5 years if all you do is review work. Lawyers are well known for eating their own kind. Your associates, no matter how nice they seemed, would be looking for every opportunity to take down their lazy-arse boss and steal his/her clients. It happens every day at law firms all across this great country. So, what is your secret to this problem that plagues so many other seemingly successful lawyers? Is it indentured servitude? Is it hiring lackies that are afraid to go out on their own? What could your secret be????
