Skaggsy, I think that INSP is a SCREAMING buy. This is the classic situation when the acquiring company has a knee-jerk reaction down on the buyout news. VRSN,JDSU recently experienced this when they announced acquisitions. The arbitrage spread on the deal right now is not that big so I would buy INSP. In terms of other potential suitors, you never know who may be out there, this will certainly be an interesting time for GNET shareholders. Here is something I think will happen......once GNET/INSP executes on their plan and develops this MEGA platform, I think that the combined entity will be an INCREDIBLE acquisition candidate by a company such as a DISNEY or YHOO as they will bring TREMENDOUS synergies to the table, for Disney it would give them someone to help develop a terrible(thus far) internet space and for YHOO , GNET/INSP brings MANY things to the party. I LOVE THIS DEAL.
