DOT breaking support, SOXX also falling, only leaves biotechs. We need the SOXX to rally. I never like being in a position of needing since odds are against it panning out.

If NAZ doesn't turn @ some point today I'll be raising cash.

Didn't pull the trigger on SSTI since 200 ema is around 62ish.
