I see an S3 filing on 6/29 for the sale of 5 million shares from EST insiders. Check out Free Edgar. Could be the main reason for the stock's weakness this month.

EST people were the one seller group he specifically mentioned. Earlier response to you gave link to filing. St. Dennis said these guys had been waiting ten years to get some cash out so he was not at all concerned about them selling. About visibility, he mentioned that he and the CFO recently did a trip East and met with analysts and investment groups (both present holders and potential stock buyers) to present the WRS story. One bit of feedback he said they got was that the investment folks were glad to meet with a company not looking for anything (like money). he did not give any other results.
