Actually if you draw a base line through the previous lows, we are about at the bottom.. Your right...it is a buying time.??

On the other hand.. since we now are gambling on an irrational market.. Where the fundamentals of the company dont matter much for short term, who knows if it is a good time.

It would seem that since this movement is by the heavy institutionals, there ought to be bell weather indicators that would better indicate their sentiment. Watching MU doesnt seem to help for example. Watching volume on ALSC seems to indicate much of the downs associates with lower volume than the ups. Seems to suggest some shaping of the market to suit accumulation. Are there any current numbers for institutional share? What weve seen point higher and higher percentage of ownership.

I think SSB's move to downgrade the entire semi sector even though seemingly irrational, certainly retained a following.
All I can conclude from this is the lower the prices the stronger probability of gain.. (Seems like that suggests averaging down which is a poor policy)
