I agree. Unfortunately I'd like to bet that only a minority of the individual COMS shareholders who will have around 240 million (about 45% of the 532 million distributed) PALM shares to sell tomorrow actually know this.

OTOH and fortunately, the institutional managers who own 55% of COMS and will get around 292 million PALM probably do know this (they're probably better informed than some of the brokers we've heard about), and they have presumably already sold PALMV if they were so inclined.
35 million PALMV have traded in total, and the volume has been declining over the last four sessions, which would seem to support this view.

So as long as the individual shareholders decide to hang on to PALM, as most of us posting here seem inclined to do at this $35 - $36 level, then you may be correct and tomorrow may be a quiet day.
