Q Re: the membership offer. Is everyone getting prompt confirms? I went through what I thought was the procedure about 6 pm yesterday & haven't received a confirmation. Maybe just because of weekend, but reading your reply to Renate I wonder if I missed a requirement. ie. My friend sent me his Username via e-mail & then I replied to the PM from Silicon Investor with that Username as the (sole) text. I don't see anything in the original SI PM about having your friend send you his/her Username by Private Message. Have I perhaps done it wrong & what should I do now (if anything)? Another funny thing; I was working on my other computer & monitor, with the SI page open on adjoining monitor & I noticed a red 1, then a 2 appear on the inbox counter. This after hitting the wrong keyboard while working with #2. (input unknown) Distracted I went to the message center (instead of hitting the red 2) & found no messages. BUT my outbox trash contained three identical copies of my reply (with the single-line Username) to the Silicon Investor PM - where I had only sent one!! So maybe they think I'm flooding them. Mama Mia. Any comments on straightening this out would be appreciated. If it needs straightening out <g> d.alexander
