IMHO, if the partnership is with NOK then we should see it come to life fairly soon. It is in the best interest of both to get 3G started as soon as possible. The slow down for NOK was great news for the coming of the next phase in telecommunication.

reIt's only bad form when not in real time
Amen to that.
How I wish people had said, last Jan, "I'm selling my Qcom at 190 (or 180)...instead of all the "buy more" mania.
But I've learned a lot this year, about my own emotions and about the market.
I know there will always be corrections, in my own stocks as well as the market.
I know when there are huge upsides in short time there will probably be corresponding downsides.
I know that Cash is not a bad thing at all.
And all of us know that a good company does not necessarily mean a good stock...for less than a year anyway, perhaps over longer than that quality will win out.
