HADN'T HEARD THAT ONE. BOY THEY SURE KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES. MINE IS IN RRSP AND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE THERE FOR A LONG TIME TO COME. I'M SURPRISED THEY HAVEN'T ANNOUNCED SOME NEW VENTURE BY NOW AS THIS ONE IS ALREADY WEARING A LITTLE THIN. MAYBE SOMETHING REALLY NOVEL----LIKE A DOT COM.I EMAILED TO SEE WHEN NEXT FINANCIALS ARE DUE TO BE RELEASED BUT THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY TOO BUSY LOOKING FOR CONTRACTS TO RESPOND. THE SAGA DRAGS ON.

With regards to any new or repriced options, any such options would have to be made public via a news release. There have been some small option amounts re-issued as roll-over's for exercised options. These were issued at $0.12 based on the new rules of the Canadian Venture Exchange versus the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Please note that another significant change to the rules requires that option shares cannot be sold for four months from the date of purchase.

As far a financials are concerned the next quarterly financials will be out around the end of August. Quarterly financials can be expected sixty days after the end of quarter.

Please do not hesitate to email or call if you have any other questions.

Yours truly,

Adam Bernard
