TVCP - Talk Visual to Acquire 7,000 Active Pager Accounts From Pure Paging Inc., of Canada

MIAMI, Jul 27, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --  (OTC-BB:TVCP)--TALK VISUAL CORPORATION
announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of Pure
Paging Inc. of Toronto, Canada. Included in the transaction are approximately
7,000 active pager accounts, and an exclusive ongoing carrier service agreement
with PageNet of Canada, Inc. Pure Paging supplies pagers and pager airtime
service direct to customers and via a number of retail outlets in Canada,
including Toys `R' Us of Canada. Talk Visual plans to continue and expand this
relationship, and to develop other major distribution in Canada.

Michael J. Zwebner, Talk Visual's Chairman stated, "This new proposed
acquisition of one of Canada's largest pager companies is another solid step in
Talk Visual's revenue growth. It has been our stated policy to grow our business
internally and through the acquisition of solid businesses around the world.
Once completed, this new acquisition will place Talk Visual in the forefront of
the Canadian pager business, and will help to supplement and solidify our retail
operations in Canada.

Mr. Zwebner went on to state, "As part of our agreement, Talk Visual plans to
make an investment of $1 million Canadian into the business to grow the
subscriber base to 25,000 active pager accounts. We intend to become the
foremost pager provider in Canada."

TVCP - good thing I got a feel of the reaction before I jumped in, maybe get some when the stock bottoms out, the LOI acquisition sounds good.
