On the 60-min chart the NDX appears to be forming a BULLISH FLAG, and Im suspecting that todays lows should be the short-term bottom.

But I am not expecting a strong rally. At best the NDX may approach the LOWER TRENDLINE of the BEARISH WEDGE which is around
4000, but thats at best, if it gets that high.

Technical damage has occured in the HiTECHs and I expect selling to intensify after a short-term bounce.
