I think she is pretty together but you should self apply the advice you readily hand to others. ATHM in my opinion will drop yet more.

Have you ever considered professional counseling and or medications? No, but you might want to avail yourself of that advice. In this day and age there really is no need to continue suffering the way you do. There are lots of new drug therapies available for those that suffer from obsessive compulsive behavior or as is likely in your case, bi-polar disorder. It is always so sad that men tend to ignore these options until they wind up hurting themselves or others. Afterwards everyone around them says, "Oh I knew something was wrong with him." but nobody says anything until it is too late. I did a photographic study in a maximum security hospital for the criminally insane years ago, so I know something about this subject.
