Hi Puna...I've beeeeen here, but have been gathering info...check your email... Wish you were closer....I'd have you toss over a nice, fresh, pineapple or two....Yummmm! Old Canlis recipe.... cut pineapple in half... cut and make bitesized cubes....pour over a bit of GrandMariner(or orange flavored syrup would work too...) ....chill... put fancy toothpicks in the cubes... serve. (Make sure to slice thru the leaves at the top so the whole pineapple appears...makes a very fancy presentation...and takes next to zero work! Doesn't that sound great? Best, K~~
