I've been so busy being disappointed with COMS/PALM, and then today with wireless chip stocks, I've not gotten to post a question that's been lingering since SUNW went up about 9 points the other day:

How/why is it that SUNW has held its own beautifully despite all the mayhem and volatility in the Nasdaq these past few days. I've heard the rumor (ad infinitum) of the imminent split, but the rumor effect, unless it proves true, usually fades after 36 hours or so. I know (and agree after listening to SUNW's CC; that said, I can list a dozen stocks that gave exciting CC's, yet their prices have plunged recently) that SUNW is on top of its game right now, but I'm amazed at how resilient it has been in the midst of the present storm.

Hmm... apparently, 1% of the folks who made a MSFT exit didn't move into SUNW. --- I wonder what's up with that? <g> -JCJ
