I believe that the bleed with regard to INSP also may have more to do with the fact that many were secretly expecting pro-forma profits this quarter. We are all familiar with a company that beats the street and gets punished the next morning. O

This is why I say we shouldn't be focusing on who bought whom. It si a combined entity. GNET is not losing anything. GNET, as a part of INSP, will continue to grow. Hopefully the resources available to to GNET via this merger will help it grow at an accelerated rate. Visa versa for INSP. I don't think of this as selling out. On the contrary. Russ and company are taking advantage of the internet selloff to grow the company. I think NWKC might be the next merger target for Russ/Naveen and crew. Similar products and revenue, but losing more money...for now. jb
