Sounds like an exciting, though sad, trial. . .I am sure that you are exhausted emotionally and physically on a regular basis with a case like that. I truly believe that emotional exhaustion is the worst type of all. I pray justice is served in the case and that understanding and comfort is granted to everyone involved. You are also right that this year has been a real challenge in the markets. I believe that it is by design. . . brokerages and analysts are rapidly losing credibility. . .and wish to squash the individual investors and certainly communities such as the HOME thread. . .where we prosper off of our seeing through their lies and schemes. It wouldn't surprise me if somewhere deep in the bowels of the brokerages. . .high up above Wall Street are young brokers, whose job it is to play against absolutely any play that we mention. . . for the sole purpose of promoting their higher purpose. . . and saving their collective face. . . .and it would not surprise me one day to learn that such brokers were working from competing brokerages. . . each with 7 or 8 digit budgets. Time will tell. . . Meanwhile, say "Hello" to your fine wife and adorable kids. . . we hope to one day drive through your town and see you again. . . . from all of us here . . . which my wife has affectionately dubbed "RandeLand" [which rhymes with CannedBand for those of you who do not know]. . . And thanks for the "Most Accurate/Memorable Prediction" nomination. . . sorry if it turns some here off. . .but now and then it is important to transact "business". . . and our business is a growing one.
