Jeff, My first Piff get together I stayed at the HardRock for the first night. It's my favorite place in Vegas. Anyplace that has Jimi Hendrix chips is always going to be on the top of my list. By the second day I realized that I was going to be riding cabs several times a day and that the convenience of having a room in the hotel where everyone else was would be worth the move..so I did. I also find I do my "best" gambling when my wife is asleep in the room ..(she can't see me in the line of shame or count my dwindling chip pile)<gg> something to consider IMO
