<<FITC it's pink right now, Vision21 told me about it...>> I have been doing some serious "DD" on FITC. I sent it to Jim because of his great talents in the stock market.

The company is pink because they are a start up company in 1998, and are working on their filings now. I have been told by the company that their 10sb will be filed by the second week in Aug. then their 10q will follow.

They completed the purchase of ECI (a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, providing dial tone to the pay phone industry in 13 states. ECI is located in Atlanta, Ga.

FITC also has contracts to develop and operate complete wireless pay telephone, cellular service and paging systems in both Azerbaijan and Uzbekstan. This is an oil rich region that has been compared to Kuwait in terms of oil reserves and Hong Kong in terms of business acumen. Operations have commenced in Azerbaijan.

Financing is presently under negotiations with several German investment bankers with highly favorable terms and interest rates. In addition Fire Telecommunications will open a European office in Frankfurt, Germany and to have its shares listed on the Frankfurt exchange. Fire Telecommunications should be listed on the OTC:BB before the end on this summer, with the potential of becoming a NASDAQ listed stock shortly after.

A quick comparison France Telecom (NYSE: FTE) made an acquisition of 40% stake in Jordan Telecom Company (JTC), the country's national telecommunications operator.Valued at $508 million Jordan has 4.5 million people. Note the value placed on a 40% contract. Fire Telecommunications has 49% stake with Azerbaijan (8 million people) & 55% stake in Uzbekistan (24 million people). With the acquisition of ECI and the contracts with Azerbaijan, & Uzbekistan it is that they have contracts valued in excess of $200 million.

FITC is also in negotiations with some countries is Asia.

With Shares Outstanding: 16,100,000 Float: 150,000
I think that FITC is a sleeping giant, when they become compliant with the SEC & become listed on the OTC:BB Watch Out. FITC was trading as high as $6.00 plus last March.

Hope this helps, as for me I am buying FITC as often as I can.

Regards,
David
