50 million dollars is a lot of debt load for a small company to carry. Sure, they can issue a second offering for $10 to wipe out the debt; but the current market condition won't support that. Now, they have to sweat and toil to run a business and cover their debt expenses as well.

As to snapping new businesses, I don't know if 4 new one in a couple of weeks will make a big difference in the bottom line here. Tom probably has a better idea. CNQR has been announcing new businesses regularly and their stock price still continue to plummet. Go figure.

Who know, today price drop may be due to somebody liquidating to cover margin call? Or it could be....
