Gary, I added some shares today, as well - beat you by a teenie!!
This selloff was totally overdone, a reaction to possible minor dilution, and the arbs doing their thing. Even if given a mere 20 multiple (cheap given the cos.' PEG ratio), that translates to a stock price north of 60.

Gary - I, too, added to my LT SYMC, but I did it by picking up some AXNT, figuring it could be bought at a discount until the acquisition is imminent. I wouldn't be surprised if part of the drop in SYMC was persons shorting it and then using the cash to pick up AXNT. I liked SYMC LT before the acquisition was announced, and I like the acquisition better after hearing Mr. Thompson's comments about it.

Regards,
Harry
