picture, try for the guy with a thin, narrow nose and relatively deepset eyes.
Another place to see the same sort of facial features is in the local jail...

Hey, it pays a salary. Bennys? What's the average employee 'life span' for you 'mover-and-shaker' career-MM types? Six months in and out the door? What 'moves you' to job-hop?

More than anything else, I'm interested in the 'career path' for the 'market maker.'
