The original gang that couldn't shoot straight. Buy it if you feel comfortable with Don Knotts and Jonathan Winters doing open heart surgery on you. -g-

i think it's highly likely that it is safe for the foreseeable future, say one year out. the only circumstance that could possibly make it unsafe would be a global recession, imo.

however, i'd contact the investor relations department and ask the company itself if plans to the contrary are afoot.

in any event, this stock looks very much bombed out. that said, i've seen bombed out stocks getting more so, and usually there's no hurry to pick up a wounded stock...they take forever to bottom anyway.

MM,

I have also been thinking about xerox, which I know is dangerous. <g> I have been asking myself if we are looking at another Polaroid. At our house we do not do any copying anymore. We have a scanner and I use that for all reproducing of documentation. The Japanese are killing them with their printer business. Maybe this is a company that can be a leader again, but in what?

Joan
